Biography
I am a PhD student in statistics at Laboratoire de Mathématiques Blaise Pascal (LMBP) at University of Clermont-Auvergne (UCA), in collaboration with Unité Mixte de Recherche sur le Fromage (UMRF). I am supervised by Anne-Françoise Yao-Lafourcade, Paul-Marie Grollemund and Stéphanie Bornes. My main subject of research focuses on studying the parametric dynamics of a microbial ecosystem through the development of a Poisson Log Normal model incorporating functional covariates.
